CrossFit Team Series: Τα Events της 2ης εβδομάδας

Η τελευταία εβδομάδα για τα CrossFit Team Series 2015 άρχισε.

Οι ομάδες έχουν 6 ημέρες να ολοκληρώσουν τα Events και να υποβάλουν τις επιδόσεις τους. Η υποβολή μπορεί να γίνει μέχρι τη Δευτέρα 12 Οκτωβρίου.

Διαβάστε και κατανοήστε πλήρως τα Standards and Movements πριν ξεκινήσετε.

Μπαίνοντας στην τελευταία εβδομάδα της διοργάνωσης, η ομάδα Team Reebok Classics έχει προβάδισμα 5 πόντων από την ομάδα Rogue Red και 12 πόντων από την ομάδα Reebok Pump. Οι top 10 ομάδες της κατηγορίας Open θα μοιραστούν το ποσό των 151.000 δολαρίων.

EVENT 5 – BENCHMARK RELAY

Rx’d

For time, with one team member completing each portion:

Karen
150 wall-ball shots (20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target/14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target)

Grace
30 clean and jerks (135/95 lb.)

Diane
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlifts (225/155 lb.)
Handstand push-ups

Randy
75 snatches (75/55 lb.)

Athlete 1 completes Karen.

Then, Athlete 2 completes Grace.

Then, Athlete 3 completes Diane.

Lastly, Athlete 4 completes Randy.

The team’s time upon completing all four benchmark workouts is the team’s score for this event.

150 wall-ball shots (14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target/10-lb. ball to 9-ft. target)

Grace
30 clean and jerks (95/65 lb.)

Diane
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlifts (155/105 lb.)
Shoulder presses (75/55 lb.)

Randy
75 snatches (65/45 lb.)

EVENT 6 – DEADLIFT/ROW/OHS RELAY

Rx’d

As a relay in the order M1-M2-F1-F2, each athlete completes:
30 deadlifts (185/135 lb.)
30-calorie row
30 overhead squats (95/65 lb.)

The team’s score is the total time to complete the relay.

30-calorie row
30 overhead squats (65/45 lb.)

EVENT 7 – HEAVY FRONT SQUAT

EVENT 8 – PARTNER TEST

200 toes-to-bars, while 2 teammates hold loaded barbells overhead
200 shoulder-to-overheads (135/95 lb.), while 2 teammates hang from the pull-up bar

200 sit-ups, while 2 teammates hold barbells overhead
200 shoulder-to-overheads (75/55 lb.), while 2 teammates hang from the pull-up bar
